Hi,
I recently update my wmhcs version from 4.3.1 to 4.4.2 but I don't note if my problem exist in 4.3.1.
When a client send me (admin) a support ticket or when a new order email send to me (admin) I receive email with empty subject and in body message juste the css code setting in back-office > general setting > mail
I use php mail.
Client receive normaly order confirmation mail and ticket replies and confirmation new ticket opened.
My default language is french for front-office and back-office. My client templates email are set with french as default and english as second language.
My admin template is V4
