Not to enter a debate or anything but I have only even received the highest level of support from Matt & the WHMCS team. I have never seen any discrimination if you have a license from a reseller or direct from WHMCS.

I would also like to see this with MailChimp and working for V4.

This may be a database password problem try changing it to a password using only letters and no special characters and try again.

Try renaming the htaccess.txt to .htaccess

This may becuase your password is using characters that are not accepted. Try changing the database password to a password that only uses letters, removing all special characters.

Sorry I was unable to find it either so cannot help you with getting it set up. But I did find this in the V4 announcements. Added update to registrar module provided by Realtime Register (formerly named 12Register) So it may just be under a diffrent name, email support@whmcs.com they should be able to assit you. or submit a ticket via https://www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php

If they are using the alpha reseller system carnt they create nornal cpanel acounts that automatically get created by WHMCS and then upgraded by the plugin.

Hi, You can use Enom as a retail account you are able to do this, they only charge for Reseller accounts. I'm unsure if the retail account allows you to set up automatically to buy the domain, but in my opinion all domains should be manually checked before ordering anyway, this also helps reduce fraudulent orders being processed and you be charged for a domain no one actually wants.

Hi Will101, You can do this by setting up product addons within WHMCS, you can set billing terms ect. You can then assign this to your hosting plans so that you customers can add them at any time. You could also add more packages/plans and allow your customers to upgrade thier package to.

Hi There, Basically still thou you are a full admin you currently dont have permisson to view the support departments. What you need to do is click on adminsitrators and check all the boxes next to Assigned Departments so that you can see and responde to them, you need to do this for every administrator. This gives you control over what Adminsitrator can reply to certain departments. Hope This Helps.
