    What you do is ask your host or do it your self if you have root access: Ports 2086/2087 open on TCP In/Out

    I have never had this issue. When I click on a knowledgebase article I get: Not Found The requested URL /clients/knowledgebase/2/Billing was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Any idea why?
