Hai When a new customer sign up on the order page - the process not completed successfully - after fill up the form its return to the same sign up page - what would be the issue ? Thanks

Hai if customer send a mail directly to us from there email account (something@gmail.com) to our support@myhosting.com. It should be generate a ticket and send ticket id to the cutomer. how to do ? thanks
