  1. Hi imtiax, Did you manage to resolve the issue? If so how? As I am having the identical issue with the same area of WHMCS in version 5.2.15 and haven't get found a way of successfully resolving the issue.
  2. Hi, I am trying to write a message from within WHMCS to a client, however if I select the option for New Message the screen goes blank. After setting to display errors it shows the following. Fatal error: Class 'WHMCS_Token_Query' not found in /home/fyrewire/public_html/billing/admin/sendmessage.php on line 0 I have followed other suggestions of clearing browser cache, trying different browsers, also clearing the whmcs cache, setting session_name("WHMCS"); in the configuration file, reuploading the contentd of the admin folder from the 5.2.15 full zip.
  3. You are on to something there. Was reminded me that was migrated to a new server in a new DC a couple of weeks ago by my hosting company. The old server must still be up and running. Completely forgot about that, now I feel stupid.
  4. I have had similar problem with 1 of my customers. His renewal is paid monthly by Paypal subscription and is all up to date. However he recieved an email this morning saying that balance was overdue and the hosting suspended. But no record of it in the cron email, and unable to see the email within whmcs.
  5. I had a similar problem. Paypal was reporting that it was successful, however nothing showing in the gateway log. When I went to the callback URL directly at modules/gateways/paypal.php I could see that it was getting a memory limit error, so 1 quick php.ini change later it was working.
  6. I've checked the WHMCS SSL System URL a couple of times as read it in a couple of threads before posting mine. Checked the field in database directly incase any strange stuff happening. But no joy. Updated the head.tpl file with your code, no change either. The support people got me to add $display_errors="on"; to the configuration.php file yesterday, which not generating any errors on the pages either.
  7. I think i have stumped the support people with this aswell. As they've given a few suggestions, none worked so far, and now not have any reply for a few hours. Always has to be me who ends up with problem nobody knows what happened or how to fix it.
  8. Thanks for suggestions so far, though no luck as yet. Deleted the contents of the templates_c folder, reuploaded the cart.php file, and also double checked that the default order template is still set to cart. Also tried repairing the sql tables in phpmyadmin, just in case it was a strange SQL prob, though still no joy.
  9. All .uk domains can only be registered for 2 years. This is set by Nominet who control the .uk TLD.
  10. I have just noticed that after it being strangely quiet for a few weeks that when a user clicks on link to order hosting that it comes up with a empty shopping cart page, eg, http://www.fyrewire.com/billing/cart.php?a=add&pid=3. Have tried the default templates and reuploaded the orderform templates as I noticed suggested in another thread and also the SSL field is empty is the config pages. I did think that Facebook was just poor for advertising on as had $82 worth of clickthrus and no orders, now I know why. It wasn't just the post xmas slump. Anyone have and suggestions what can try to fix it? Only thing I can think of within the past month was that upgraded from 3.7.2 to 3.8.1 though I ran the install script afterwards.
