Kayako v4 is pretty feature complete now with a completed API and satellite helpdesk feature now built in. There is no real reason not to upgrade to v4 at the moment, apart from the lack of integration with whmcs.

What kind of anti-spam solution do you guys use? I have directadmin with spamassasin running, but the spam coming through (to our whmcs ticket system) is increasing... Any suggestions?

So what is the actualy price for this product? Price based on per node? Are client able to login to the console user (with hypervm, you login with usernamexxvm on the node ip). This is the user that can access the vm to reset the password etc.

This product sounds interesting... But my question is, why would clients be interested in signing up for an account on our joomla? A client looking for webhosting, would usually sign up for the package he is interested in through WHMCS. The ideal of integration between whmcs and joomla sounds great, but I still don't understand how it could benefit my business apart from having the templating work done on one place (joomla)?

Many thanks Sparky! You are the man Unfortunately, I tried converting verdana (and other fonts), but they are still not working. The old verdana isn't working either. I can send you the files if you want, just pm me your mail address. Invoice is now working fine (except the verdana font, I hate arial ). I did notice that the page number is no longer mentioned inside the PDF. This seems to be removed since the new version?

I hate Arial and the converted Verdana that worked fine on my previous install is no longer working on 4.1.1 I followed yor advice, and simply copied the old source, pasted it, and updated it partially to the 4.1.1, but encountered some problems. For example, The top margin is quite alot, at least 5 lines, while it should be like 2. Any idea how to correct that?

When I started with whmcs, I once used a script to convert verdana to a tcpdf usable font, and used it. I also customized the invoice, to make it look more professional. Yesterday, I updated my whmcs install to 4.1.1, it all went very smooth, except PDF invoices. The invoice is all mixed up, and the verdana font stopped working. My question now is, can someone customize the invoice, if I give him the old code + sample pdf? If you can, please send me your offer! Thank you!

Is it possible to restrict WHMCS SMS only if a ticket priority is set to URGENT? What I need: client creates/replies to a ticket that is URGENT, staff member(s) receive sms.

My partner actually ordered a license since friday, now 4 days later, we have not heard much from him. I guess he is just a bit slow with orders? Does this code work on any APC? Where did you find the snmp code? I couldn't find it in the manual...

APC rebooter is the easiest thing AFAIK. The code is simple and not much. Graphs has been a struggle for us actually. Did you integrate cacti graphs to whmcs or use custom scripts?
