I would like the {\if $available\} domain availability etc results to appear at the top of the page, not at the bottom of the page under the Domain Pricing. I am noticing in the whois log that ppl are searching a second time for the name as they have not seen the results. I got caught by this myself! I gather I am asking something that others have altered and so I need help doing the same because I just could not get it to work correctly when I tried moving things around.

Has anyone experienced problems with the Google sitemap generator and WHMCS? Support are not familiar with it.

Support emailed me and said to enable ANY payment gateway. I did that and still get the error.

No Invoice Payment Gateways Enabled. Cannot Continue. Please enable a Payment Gateway and try again is the error when trying to issue invoices. Reading an old post, Matt says to enable PayPal invoices gateway however, this post is in 2007. What would be the solution for version 4.2.1 ? Thank you

I went to the documentation to find what Registrar Error ERR: 102 means and search results came up with nothing. Is there a list of errors and what they mean? Cannot fix if you do not know what they mean!

The system is wanting payment for the transfer which confused me. I now realise that I have set prices for transfer instead of the cost should be zero. Thanks for your help. EDIT: Should all pricing be set to zero for transfers? Just a little confused if the name is within the renewal period.

I am wanting to transfer a com.au through the system. I have DistributeIT setup in WHMCS. I have the EP code. The domain does not expire for another 12 months. The domain shows in the Whois as registered. When I go through the ordering/transferring process in the shopping cart, the name comes up as available rather than taken. Thanks

After the hosting is set-up in Plesk , all WHMCS emails are received. Plesk then sends an email to the customer [Plesk client] with the hosting details which is not necessary. Anyone using Plesk know how to stop this email from sending? Thanks

My hosting company has a firewall set-up and so I cannot automate the account set-up process in Plesk 8.6. Has anyone experienced the same and found a way around it? I have been trying for almost one month to get it to work and now about to pack it in!

Looks like Plesk and WHMCS just do not work as I can't get it working.

UPDATE: I removed the Frontpage settings in Plesk and no more errors in the log. Still no hosting etc configured.

I am really stuck on this and maybe you had the same problem and fixed. In WHMCS - set up server - set up one test product Made a successful purchase of test product - received welcome email with log on details In WHMCS - 1 active account is showing In Plesk - domain name set-up but nothing else No hosting configured, no domain administrator set-up, nor NS settings. Allowed is showing the date of set-up which is the same as Used which makes the account inactive. I have lodged a ticket but hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
