Hello, When I try to input the secure url in my configuration, I get a redirect error ("loop"). I am trying to get a shared ssl certificate to work. base url = http://www.domain.com/orders/ secure url = https:/adifferentdomain.com/~username/orders in the secure url above the shared ssl certificate is at adifferentdomain.com/~username/ orders is my directory where whmcs is installed. I contacted my host and they say it is an issue with whmcs. Thanks, TD

In my situation it was as simple as enabling a payment gateway. My cart would not proceed to the next step without a payment gateway set to active. TD

It appears that the domain transfer function is not working. It shows the domain name as taken but no way to carry out the completion of a transfer. When I put in the domain name and have the radio button selected for transfer, it only gives me output that it is taken and that is it. I cannot perform any other action with it. Seems like something is not working properly. I should be able to complete an online transaction for the domain transfer. Thanks, Tommy

How do I change the order of my hosting packages. The default layout is putting a package at the top that I desire at the bottom. Basically it is putting a higher priced plan on top of my lower priced plans. What does WHMCS use as the default listing selector for default listing placement (name, price, etc.) ? Thanks, Tommy
