Hello, I have been trying to install whmcs but keep getting this error message and the files stop loading to my server. 550 Can't create directory: No such file or directory I have the resellers account with hostgator and have not got any files etc on my account as yet so can not possibly be over the limit. Also I understand that I should be loading the files under binary but can only find unicode and ANSI. Please advise, Kazba
