  1. I signed up a new customer manually after a eBay payment and put his payment into credit, I wanted to give him 14 days free, I set up next payment due in 14 days. After 14 days the invoice is automatically paid due to the credit amount and a receipt is sent out, however the credit amount is not removed from his profile, is this correct and do I have to remove it manually? Thanks.
  2. Update, I am a reseller on a shared server, I found out you need ROOT access on the server for it to work so I am stuck with it until i get my own server :-(
  3. Hey Visl, are you sorted out as I have the same error, worked great after installing the latest ver, then after a couple of days it quit working again, eveything else works ok? I woiuld be interested to know what caused it. Thanks.

  7. Most of them are from WHMCS (real mail address) standard emails with normal links to client area to pay etc. Thanks.

I cannot suspend or delete a client service (hosting) manually or automatically, everything else works great, new account, upgrade/ down grade, create etc so I have full access to the server, even clicking on the WHM button in server setup takes me straight in. I installed the latest Ver 3.7.2 patch and that fixed it for a while then it is the same again after a few days, I can still access the server as mentioned above so it is not a connection, server hash, password etc reason. I am behind a company firewall but I recon this should not affect anything as it worked from here after the installation of the patch. Thanks.
  9. I have had confirmation that a client is not getting all my system emails, I thought this was the case as a lot of clients are not replying to billing reminder, general emails and the like. Why would emails from WHMCS be trapped as spam and how can this be avoided apart from the client setting filters for their email inbox?

  12. Hi, I am calling on all you ppl who have had problems with your WHMCS, is it normal that you hand over your login details so that staff can go into your account to troubleshoot?
