Martin, Did you get anyone to help you with that one-page order form. We certainly are also very interested in such a one-page design. Domain look-up (new or transfer) push to page 2 - which is your one-page order form...almost exactly as you have here. Is there anyone interested in making some extra money that knows WHMCS? We really are looking for some simple help in set-up of the system, customization of some order forms and possible transition of what we have to date. Please let me know if you are interested.

We are looking to purchase WHMCS - and are currently looking for a very good WHMCS individual/company to act as a consultant during this transition for our company. We operate in the shared web hosting arena and are specifically looking for the following: 1) Custom order form - we have some specific needs for the order form and would like somone with WHMCS development experience to assist with how we would want that created. Essentially, we are looking for a 1-page order form after domain look up and acceptance. 2) ModernBill 4.4 migration - we currently use multiple instances of modernbill 4.4 depending on country - and we would want assistance in the migration of our accounts to WHMCS 3) Integration help - with possible third-party API's if not available in the standard edition. We do use serveral domain registrars, payment gateways, etc. for various countries. Any recommendations of resources you think that you can help, please respond or PM me. Please provide examples of your past work.
