  1. Chickendippers, You're Great. I've done anchor texts many times but never on a php page where the html code was separated in different function sections. I didn't know if that was the problem or not. As you noted that wasn't it at all. It was a simple format mistake. Thanks again. FT
  2. I have tried to make this work several ways and none of them have worked. I have some feature product "buttons" on the top of my product page. I want the user to be taken to the lower section of the page that shows the details of that product offer when they click on it. This is not working for me. I was using anchor text code, but I guess that doesn't really work because I have to place that code in my WHMCS control panel > Products > Details > Product Description text area. I know there is a simple solution but I can't find one. Here is my page where I have the problem: http://www.frenchtowner.com/hosting-payments/cart.php FT
  3. Uber, I will try that. I will put a special offer on the homepage and on the hosting page to make them especially happy. Are you using Paypal and Google? FT
  4. Readywire, You are welcome for the bump, but I really was just trying to be careful and make sure that this was not going to be a problem for my new hosting and design business. I never heard from Matt here on the forum so I posted a support ticket about this. I was assured that nobody has mentioned this as being problematic for over a year now. That was very good news and I was very happy .................... Until .................. Yesterday I got an email from Google Checkout about my first sale. They said there were some problems with my setup so I wrote them back and then this morning I got this email: I have not written them back yet and I am not too happy with them anyway. Paypal integrates with WHMCS beautifully and simply. Google Checkout is allot more work and simply does not integrate as well. (My first customer got an unpaid invoice notice even though her account was charged because Google's Checkout does not notify WHMCS when the payment has cleared) I will just simply drop Google Checkout if this continues to be a problem. I am one of Google's biggest fans, but this is not going well for me right now. FT
  5. Dear Matt, Last September [09-26-07], you noted: There was no follow up to that post. Has there been no response from Google Checkout? You would think that regardless of how BIG Google is, they would not want discussions like this one sitting out there undermining their new business. I have been in testing stage for the past week and have processed several payments with them. I cannot risk my good working relationship with them to have problems with my shopping cart. I wish there was some way of getting to Google to ask them about this problem. I do know that it basically impossible to find a telephone number or an email address for them. FT
  6. Hello, I am on hostgator with a WHMCS license from them. We just did a ssl install and now my installation won't work anymore because my site had to be moved to a new dedicated ip address. Is there anything you can do, or does hostgator have to do it? Thanks FT
  7. Dear WHMCSians, I am brand new to the system and I am setting up my hosting offers and testing the system. I have succeeding in getting the New Order Notification and Welcome emails to go out and in getting the Support Ticket System working. I cannot seem to get my cpanel hosting account info email to send however. I am sure that I have missed a step somewhere and I am not sure exactly how you guys can help. I have searched in the forum and the knowledgebase and I have not found the problem. Sincerely appreciative for any help you can offer, Frenchtowner
