why dont resellers get any options when login to whm

Hi I now have this fixed. it seems that i will have to manually do the reseller accounts. whmcs does create them though then i need to login to WHM and edit the privileges to enable all the options. Not sure why i have to do this but i do. DH-kate -
Hi all Ok i have create some reseller packages in whm, though when i do a test account and login to my reseller account and goto whm to create hosting i dont get any options, its just very basic, and im not sure where im going wrong. Hope someone can help Kate

Hi all I dont know if this is possible but here goes, I want to setup a promotion of where you pay for 1 month and get another 2 months free, so say like 3 months all in all, Is there anyway to do this? Thanks in Advance
