Hi all,
I've created some downloads in Support -> Downloads. I've set the flag to only allow Download After Product Purchase and then I've created a new product. In the Other section for the product I have selected the Downloadable file.
But when I login as the customer who's bought that product, no downloads are available.
If I make the download available at all times it's there, but then of course it's there for everyone, even those who haven't paid for it...
What have I done wrong?
This is on WHMCS 381, upgraded from 361. On the Support -> Downloads screen I get a rather concerning 'Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/kabarty/subdomains/services/hosting/includes/adminfunctions.php on line 0' error in the lefthand toolbar repeated 7 times. Could this be part of the problem?
