  1. Hi Which welcome email does WHMCS send out when customer signs up? Is it WHMCS's own version of control panel's welcome email? Or does it explicitly invoke the control panel's welcome email? Because recently DirectAdmin changed their temporary url and when customer signs up, they still see the old temporary url on the welcome email. THanks.
  2. Hi DA has the ability to setup users with specified IP address. Does WHMCS have the ability to pass dedicated IP option so that when user signs up for a dedicated IP, it creates the user on a dedicated IP instead of the shared ip? Thx

Hi I installed php imap modules successfully and it even shows up on the phpinfo page: IMAP c-Client Version 2004 SSL Support enabled And I have the cronjob set: */5 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/xxx/domains/xxx.com/public_html/billing/pipe/pop.php Now every 5 minutes I get a cron report back on my email address: <b>POP Import Log</b><br>Date: 19/06/2008 17:25:01<hr>Host: www.xxx.com<br>Email: support@xxx.com<br> Anyone know why when my customer reply to the ticket, it doesn't get added to the ticket automatically?
