Hello All, Sorry if this question has been asked before but I have tried searching for an answer and also the documentation but I can't find an answer. I have a Plesk (8.1.0) VPS with 2 Clients Setup. I have added the VPS to the list of servers and entered the VPS admin password etc so that I can create reseller accounts. On the product module options I have selected Plesk, the server listed and typed in the domain template name. Now when trying to create an account its saying "1013 - template does not exist" but I have a domain template setup on both the client accounts just to make sure. How does it know which client to place the domain under? I just doesn't make any sense. Also why do you have the option to add a client template name for a non-reseller account?
