    I had the same problem untill i used absolute path to the templates dir in configuration.php the whole line starting from /var/www/vhosts/... etc.

    Yeah, i came back to write that i found the problem and saw your post Matt. It happens only if I don't have any support departments set up.

    I have the same problem. And it does not cure after redownloading and reuploading WHMCS. Does anybody have ideas?
