1. Ok, thanks for letting me know. I never opened the email but just looked at the header. Already had it blacklisted on the mail server but if this will be something coming often I can whitelist them.
2. I got an email to the address that i use for whmcs with the subject: ".XXX Sunrise is Here!" and the from name as WHMCS but everything comes from bluehornet.com. Is this someone authorized to be emailing me or did someone get the email list? Michael
3. I've taken a look at these and I'm impressed with the range to topics covered. Had any thoughts of adding Directadmin help? I'm not running any Cpanel servers right now but I still may get this and edit out Cpanel topics.
4. Have you already gotten it? Otherwise, where do you want it sent?
5. I applied 12 days ago and got a call the next day. It took me a week before I actually filled out the application form but was approved and activated within hours. They've called twice since to make sure everything was going ok. I'm surprised to even see this thread as it's completely different than the experience I had. I have the guys contact information I will PM to anyone wanting it. He was great.
6. The original developer gave out the source for version 1.3 He had it linked somewhere in the forums once. Might try reading all the posts from the original developer. I bought it originally and have the 1.3 source from when he stopped support and gave it out. I still use it on my site.
7. Did you get a list of those who purchased the script? Me for instance. Thanks, Michael
8. Yes, email it to those that bought it from you first. I would be happy with that. Michael
9. That did it. Enable Rich Text Editor and I could see exactly what needed to be fixed. Thanks John
10. I am editing the email template: Hosting Account Welcome Email What should I change, for this to be the correct port? It's already 2222 for DA Taken directly from the template: Control Panel URL: http://{$service_server_ip}:2222/ Once your domain has propogated, you may also use http://www.{$service_domain}:2222/ (Nowhere does it mention a port 2082) When the email arrives it's: http://www.domian.com:2222 I can't figure out where to change the link port from 2082 to 2222. Thanks
11. I must not have been clear in my deiscription in that case. It's only the email being sent that is incorrect. example: http://www.domian.com:2222 Although it looks correct, if sends you to the wrong port. And I cannot change this by editing the template: Control Panel URL: http://{$service_server_ip}:2222/ Once your domain has propogated, you may also use http://www.{$service_domain}:2222/ Still sends port 2082 in the email. Someone will have to tell me any other place to edit this.
12. This may have already been addressed but if not: I am running 4.0 with Direct Admin. I noticed on the New Account Information emails being sent to new signups it includes a link to login to the Direct Admin Control Panel. The link looks correct when you look at it. Using http://www.domain.com:2222 But the actual link directs you to a Cpanel port :2082 instead of DA's :2222. I'm sure I can edit the email template to correct this but I thought it was worth mentioning since I went with your default email without checking it.
13. Update: In admin you can go under Setup / General setting / Ordering and uncheck Block Existing Domains That allows it to work. I don't think anyone would try to create a hosting account with the same domain name so I'm not going to worry about that.
14. Thanks, That seemed obvious but it still returns the same error message. btw, I am using the latest version
