  2. Does anybody know if there is a way to get notifications out to admins when a client purchases from WHMCS? We get notifications when a client creates an order, but often we need a project manager to get back in touch with a client as soon as they complete the purchase. This is mainly for mail-ins as we get notifications from the payment gateways. But it would be helpful to automate our processes for the payment gateways as well. Thanks in advance! Chris
  3. I'm wondering if there is a way to pay the affiliates based on the set up fee via WHMCS? The way most of our packages are designed are with a big setup fee and lower monthly fees. Our affiliate system is setup for a 35% commission and it looks like it only adds the payout amount based on the recurring fees. How do I change it to where it's 35% of set up AND recurring? Right now, I'm having to go into the DB for each affiliate and adjust their payouts and it's becoming more and more of a burden the more affiliates we recruit. How do I change this, or is this even a function of WHMCS? thank you in advance!
