  1. Graham - Can second (or third?) that motion! We have been using this feature before, and in v5 it seems that the email is getting sent again automatically. I would love it to be either an option, or turned off completely. Alternatively - if a billable item is set to "add to next invoice" then when manually generating an invoice it does not add the items! If we had a way of adding the billable items while IN an invoice that would be brilliant. On that note - our main issue is that when an client has minor billable items added by one of our staff, we only want to add them to the next major invoice we create. The main problem we are trying to solve is that when creating invoices for a client there is no way to know if there are billable items present without checking each time. If there was a visual cue (like a coloured button/flag) on the invoice creation page when there are billable items present it would be perfect. If an option by that button had the effect of adding them to the invoice currently being created it would be perfect! My 2c humbly submitted.
  2. Thank you very much, dutchnet. I searched the forums previously but couldn't find anything on the topic.
  3. Just giving this topic a bump since it's on the third page now. =)
  4. Hi there, I would like to know how WHMCS handles pricing updates. To illustrate what I mean, here's an example: When initially using WHMCS we had some domain prices set to $45/year. Recently, we have had some changes allowing us to charge only $33/year on the same domains. We have changed the pricing structure in the Domain Pricing section of the Configuration. While I understand that all future domains that we add to WHMCS will be charged at the new rate of $33/year, all the existing domain entries are still showing the old price of $45/year. The question is: Will these old domains be automatically updated to the new pricing when WHMCS automatically bills the client annually? Or will these clients still be charged the old $44/year rate when the invoice is generated? If the pricing doesn't update automatically to the new rate, is there a way to make pricing updates affect all orders of that type? (note: these questions would apply to updates to prices for hosting accounts and other Products/Services, not only domain renewal) Cheers.
