Hello all, Huge problem. When someone creates a useraccount at http://www.hosthaus.ca/clients they CANNOT log into it, when they log in it states that the password is incorrect even when it is correct. BUT once they click a link on the side they are magically "logged in". Any help?

I've been testing out the billing (my department) section and I cannot understand how the PreSales form works. How do we read such emails? It doesn't automatically open a ticket..

Thanks, So really there are no limitiations (I am on a Dedicated Box).. I can simply just create the reseller account and sell it like a shared hosting account?

Hey all, I was wondering if setting up reseller accounts (to be sold) works the same as setting up a shared account (to be sold) with WHM and WHMCS. What else do I need to start selling reseller accounts?
