Getting setup, having some problems.....

I can buy throught the client area, but when its pending and i hit accecpt this message popsup at the top Server Command Error Account Creation Failed: Package Not Allowed or Exceeded Resource/Account Allocation So i just set it back to pending, because it wont setup the account in WHM
