Matt, Thanks for the quick response. The account login info was provided by my reseller provider HG. I can login with the information they provided directly to the enom.com website however when i try to use that login information in the area that you suggested i still get that funky error. Is there something else i need to change or add in order to get the domain transfer working? Thanks, Newb

Hello Everyone I'm trying to transfer a domain to our hosting account. However every time we begin the transfer process we get the following error " An Error Occured Bad User name or Password" The question is which user name and password is it requesting? Can you please let me know how we can resolve this issue? We have unlocked the domain, received a epp code and all the information is up to date. I have included a pdf of the error. I appreciate your help.
