  1. Yes. This is the first time the the welcome email wasn't sent. That's what's got me so flummoxed...I haven't made any changes to my setup.
  2. OK...thanks for the explanation, I understand now. But there is still no "Hosting Account Welcome Email" listed in the dropdown on the Products/Services page. Weird...oh well. I'll just copy his account info and send him a personal email...not very professional, but at least he'll be able to log into his account Thanks again for taking the time to help out and clear up the confusion! Lori
  3. Hmmmm... I must be confused. This is the first time I've had a problem setting up an account. The client registered his domain and bought a hosting plan. All of his billing info is in WHMCS, but he doesn't actually have space on my server, yet. I go to WHM Control Panel and Create a New Account with his new domain name. It generates a UN and PW, and I select the package he bought from my dropdown list. Then I click the "Create" button. It sets him up on my server - creating directories, etc. I go to WHMCS and select his profile. Under Products/services his WHM generated UN is already filled in, but the PW field has a completely different PW than the one WHM generated. I change that to the WHM generated PW and hit Save. Back under the Summary tab, there is no " Hosting Account Welcome Email" option in the email dropdown. OF course, when I try to create the module, I get that error message. Did I do something in the wrong order? All of the other emails got sent to him (Welcome, New Account Creation, New Domain Registration, and Invoice) got sent out OK. Thanks for your patience. Lori
  4. I had a client sign up for and pay for a hosting account. I manually added him in my WHM Control panel (setting him up with a username and generated a password). When I go to his account in WHMCS under Clients Profile > Products/Services and click the Create button for Module Commands, i get the following message: Module Command Error Sorry, a group for that username already exists. He's set up on my server, because I can access his hosting Control Panel, but I can't generate the CLient Hosting Email that sends him his hosting details. What did I do wrong, and what do I need to do to fix it? Thanks! Lori
  5. YESSSSSS! That did it. you are a jewel! If i could send you flowers, I would Have a great day! Lori
  6. Thanks for that...at least I was able to go to the login screen with the proxy. I couldn't even get that far from my "regular" IP. I am going to have a new password sent, then I'll try logging in through proxy. I'll let you know what happens Thanks so much for your help! Lori
  7. Hi Bilal, it's not working. I keep getting the same message that i have made 3 attempts to login (but I haven't). Dang.
  8. You're AWESOME...I'll go do that now. Thanks! Lori
  9. For some reason when I tried to login my password wasn't being recognized. I'm pretty sure I had the right password, (but apparently not). Anyway...now my IP is banned and I NEED to get in. Every time I try to log in, I get the screen that says my IP is banned and the time before trying again is bumped another hour. I've been trying all DAY Can somebody please provide me a way to go in through another way, if possible? Thanks! Lori
  10. The issue is resolved. The IP wasn't registered with eNom for some reason (my bad, no doubt). eNom Support handled it for me.
  11. One more thing, I checked my messages, and found this: Client ID 18 has paid for the registration of domain mddecoys.net and the automated registration attempt has failed with the following error: Invalid client IP: 74.54.218.66
  12. I just had a new client register a hosting account with me. He also wanted to register a new domain with me. I am an eNom reseller and have that option checked in my domain pricing. The problem is that the domain is not being registered. My account list shows 1 active domain, and when I click on that domain, I get the error: Registrar Error: Domain name not found So I clicked on the Register button for that domain, and get the error: An Error Occured Invalid client IP: 74.54.218.66 When i did a whois to check the domain name, it comes up as available. What am I doing wrong? If you need more info, give me a shout. I am just getting started, and haven't had a new client register new domains with me before. I've only done transfers. Thanks
  13. They re NOW. Oh, geez, I feel stupid. I looked everywhere but the obvious. And I have NO idea how the first URL was set to http://www.ravensheart.biz/orders/clientarea.php in the first place. You rock! Thanks!
  14. I searched to see if this has been addressed, and though it has, I don't THINK the solutions offered applied to me, but I'm probably wrong. So I'm starting another thread, rather than hijack another's. When I'm in my Client area (either login or portal), whenever I try to access the links in the right side navigation, I get the following error: Here's the weird thing, even tho the url shows correctly on hover in my status bar, it shows like this in my address bar. Something is amiss and I don't know where to change it. I have SSL, and my .htaccess file is attached. htaccess.txt
