Hi I am having a hard time installing this program! I created a new folder on my CPanel and called it billing. I then uploaded the file changed the configure file to the correct name and even changed the permission on the files! But when I type in the address into my toolbar nothing happens to make the install run I figured since the folder is in a billing folder this should be the URL addres
