ok it is really weird that it shows up when I view an invoice as a client online but when printed or downloaded it is missing... thank you for any assistance

I just realize that my logo is missing from my invoices and quotes. anyone had this issue... I have not made any changes running 7.10.2

Resolved issue

I have search the forum for this solution and i can only fine a thread that dates back to version 5... This problem wont allow admin to download invoices or ticket attachments. It started over night... was working just fine the day before.. in the earlier thread https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?80718-5-2-12-Ticket-attachment-redirects-to-clients-area&p=344703#post344703 the fix was to upgrade but I am running 7.2.3 and php7 like i mentioned it was working just fine yesterday...

I am still having this issue. the attachment is placed on the ticket (.doc) but it will open up to a blank page in msword.. If the same file is sent via email attachment it opens fine.. i need help please

yes, they are being attached to the ticket... when the email is being piped through regular email it opens fine.

I have recvd from two different clients .doc attachments that when I downloaded them they were empty - size = 0kb... I had them send them over and the same thing.. has anyone had this issue? all other clients are fine.. is there something in msword that is causing this?... they would email me the document and then it is fine, but I need them to come through the system.

Hey, I am having a isolated issue with a particular invoice in my system. it will not let me add a payment to the invoice. the client made partial payments initially and i put them in ( it is marked paid but with a weird way to display the remaining balance but that is another issue) and now I cannot put any payment in to balance out the invoice as paid in full...

I have a client in whmcs that has two hosting orders in both reseller central and whmcs... This client wants to separate the two into different account... how can I do this seamlessly? without terminating either one of the hosting orders?

I notice that today some clients were getting multiple reminders in the same day.. I looked at the time and they matched the times of my scheduled Cron activities..... I had my Cron set to every other hour and maybe that is too frequent, I am not sure. BUT, the question that I have is "Does a email reminder go out every time the cron activity report is completed? Maybe this is not even the problem...but it is something else
