  1. Hi I agree. A member of staff just sent 'Invoice Payment Confirmation' instead of 'Invoice Created'. I think it would be a good idea too to set 'Invoice Created' as the default to help with human error.
  2. Changed localisation from UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1 and files sizes went down to 36k
  3. Hi My Quote and Estimate PDFs are between 500 and 650k each which I think is too big. Does anyone know how to reduce this or does this sound normal? It can make quite a difference if you are downloading quotes to eg an iPhone whilst using a telecoms roaming network.
  4. Hi John Yes, I have logged out and tried on different browsers. If I log in as the sub user I see the list of available options but can also view non available options. Thanks in advance for any help. Justin
  5. Hi I have tried out the new sub-account option but it seems to show all options even though they are unselected. EG I have created a new sub account with 'View & Pay Invoices' as the only option available. I have logged in as that sub account user As that sub-account user, I can still see everything except support tickets Any ideas?

  7. Hi Chris - Thanks for info. I thought as much although the alias wouldn't be an option as we use WHMCS 60% for invoicing non hosting accounts IE widgets so we are dealing with non-IT buyers who wouldn't understand. I thought about setting up my own aliases which forwards to their address, not ideal but would probably work.
  8. Hi I have a few clients that require more than one account EG Car dealerships that have individual accounting for each dealership but use the same buyer. I need to be able to add the same email address for each account but can't do this. I normally get around this by adding them as a contact in the second account but this means I can't send them quotes using the quote tool. Any idea how to get around this? Thanks in advance.
  9. I'm nit sure how but the Enom username / password was not correct. I assume it's something I had done. All is fine now after resetting Enom module password.

  13. Hi When I login as a customer and try to submit a ticket, I get a blank page. I get as far as selecting a department. Any ideas?
  14. I like this idea. Because it's not only web hosting businesses using WHMCS (Designers, Programmers etc) I see WHMCS evolving into a complete business management solution. I'd rather have a single solution than several as it gives a better customer experience.
