  1. Hi all. I decided I wanted to go with Authorize.NET because I've heard good things and it seems to be the most popular for credit card processing, though after sending them 2 emails via their contact form, I haven't heard back from them. I've waited a week. I found another site that offers Authorize.NET accounts, freeauthnet.com, but their signup form does not allow you to specify the country I'm in (Australia). So now I'm looking around for some others, but am not finding many that impress me. I looked at eWay but I prefer not to pay a setup fee. Can anyone suggest a payment gateway that I'll be able to signup for, being in Australia. Thanks~
  2. If you mean the instructions found on http://wiki.whmcs.com/Furthur_Security_Steps I have followed them.. rename the folder then make the change in the configuration.php file. I did a search in the wiki, but don't see any extra instructions, what am I missing?
  3. I just changed the name of the admin folder and added the change to my configuration.php as; $customadminpath = "adminarea"; but when logged in as a client (viewing a users account as admin), the little blue box in the top right corner still points to the default admin location. Is this changeable in a template file, if so which file? I thought it would be in the header.tpl file, but don't see it there. Thanks in advanced~
  4. Hi. I was wondering if it is possible to have a dynamic "Pay To Text" (Under General Configuration). I want to include certain information in the "Pay To" if they are from Australia, though for any other country it shows the normal generic text. Could I possibly enter javascript in the field, to do this? I don't really like to use java for these kinds of things (incase the user has java disabled) but I doubt I could use any other code to do this?
  5. Is it just one account that is not being suspended, or all accounts? First thing I'd check would be that the "Overide automatic suspension and don't suspend this account if overdue" is unchecked on the Products/Services tab of the user account.
  6. I have also attached a screenshot of what is shown when using the WHM import script. As you can see, no error message is returned, but no accounts are listed. - Yes, there are accounts in WHM.
  7. Do you have the Tax Type set to Exclusive? Configuration > Tax Setup > Select "Exclusive" as the Tax Type > Save Changes. You may have to also edit the product to include tax. Configuration > Product/Services > Edit a product > Click the "Other" tab > Check "Tax Product" > Save Changes
  8. I am using the WHM remote access key, I have also tried using the password but that doesn't work either. I have changed the WHM remote access key several times, but still it fails. I have attached a screenshot aswell.
  9. Well none really. It just freezes for about 2 minutes then displays a blank list of possible accounts to import. Also, when viewing the list of servers, if I click the "WHM" button it takes me to the failed WHM login page.
  10. Hi all. I just recently installed WHMCS, great piece of software, but I'm having a little problem. Just a few days I was messing around with it, and the WHM import script worked fine, but now it just continues to timeout. I have the access hash correct and I have tried changing it to a new one, but that hasn't worked. WHMCS is hosted on the same server as the one I'm trying to import from, so I don't believe it's the firewall. Any suggestions would be appreciated~
