  1. I just ordered a domain through WHMCS (enom), everything looks fine from the customer side, order was accepted and is displayed as active in their panel. However in the admin panel the order is listed as pending (payment status complete). Why is it listed as pending for admin but active (correct) for the client? Forgive me if I have an incorrect setting
  2. Hi thecubehost, I had the same issue a couple of days ago, please see http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=12486 It's an easy fix
  3. Another Plesk module problem:- Terminating the account does not terminate it, only one domain under the account is removed. Is anyone else having all these problems? Looks like the Plesk module is completely wrong, only creating the account seems to work correctly. Any further commands are being applied to one domain under the account rather than the actual Plesk account.
  4. Another Plesk module problem:- Updating the password from the admin side does not work. WHMCS ststes the password has been changed but it is not updated in WHMCS or Plesk.
  5. Another Plesk module problem:- When suspending a hosting account, the account is not suspended, only one domain under the account is disabled.
  6. dansgalaxy, I had the same thoughts when reading this thread, and so many others around the net. It seems to be a worldwide social problem, people not reading the original posters comment and not even being aware of the title of the forum they are replying to posts in! This forum is for customisation questions, the original poster posted their question in the correct forum (WHMCS customisation), yet receives nonsense posts about unrelated third party products (spam? It wasn't requested after all). MzaNike, my post here isn't too helpful for you but it would be a nice option to have this displayed in the default WHMCS installation, if not, I'm sure someone here could pont you in the right direction on how to accomplish your request.
  7. [title should read: Knowledgebase article search results links ] When I search the knowledgebase and it presents me the results, clicking on any link takes me to http://my.domain.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=1&id=1 which results in a 'HTTP 500 Internal Server Error' (id=1 doesn't exist for me). The correct link should be (for example) http://my.domain.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=1&id=3 All links are to id=1 I have edited my template files, so was wondering if this is a general bug, or just unique to me?
  8. Oops....I just realised the 'Monthly Pricing Breakdown' in General Settings > Ordering was responsible for this
  9. It was working fine, but now pricing for multiple months on the cart.php page are being displayed incorrectly. They are currently displayed as: 1 Month Price - $8.00 USD 3 Month Price - $7.00 USD 12 Month Price - $6.67 USD But should be: 1 Month Price - $8.00 USD 3 Month Price - $21.00 USD 12 Month Price - $80.00 USD For some reason it is dividing the amount by the number of months and displaying a monthly amount rather than the full amount. Has anyone else experienced this?
  10. Thanks for the positive comments I just wish there was a way to order the categories.
  11. I assume the recurring payments are submitted correctly, not requiring the CV2 code? It's just when submitting a new order with an existing card that results in the CV2 failure and rejection? In which case my above suggestion would correct/prevent the issue?
  12. Thanks for the advice penguin, I disabled the AVS/CV2 checks with Protx and the payment has succeeded. I do not like the idea of having to disable all fraud checks to get WHMCS to submit a successful payment! Would it be possible to change the behaviour of the payment page so that if a client has a card on file, it would pre-fill all the card fields, except the CV2 field which could then easily be filled in by the client and submitted? Rather than having their card details erased because of the failed transaction.
  13. Does anyone have a successful Protx installation that accepts the automated card on file payments? It looks like WHMCS is not passing on any address information to Protx.
