I finally got an answer from them regarding multilanguage calls. This is what they said: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Currently we only offer English, we do plan to eventually have multi languages but do not have a time frame yet. Please let us know if you have any further questions. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - So if any of you are considering varilogix remember that it does not support multilanguages. However, I like it so I'll still keep it.

Anybody know how paypal sandbox works? https://developer.paypal.com/ I just got WHMCS integrated with an outside affiliate system but I need to run tests. I just found out about the paypal sandbox but have no clue how it works. Anybody care to explain a bit? Also, will this work for WHMCS? I notice that google checkout has a sandbox feature in the payment gateways but not paypal. Is that because WHMCS is not compatible with Paypal sandbox or simply because it has not been requested? I need to do a few dummy sales to test my affiliate program integration with WHMCS. Any ideas on how to do this (especially using paypal sandbox) would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance!

I got varilogix working like a charm. Absolutely awesome! However I have a question. Does anyone know if varilogix supports multilanguages? My site is English/Spanish and its kind of weird to have the phone calls only in english. Any idea if this can be done? Can varilogix call in spanish is the user is setup to spanish or call in english when user is viewing site in english? maybe just having a call bilingual? Maybe call saying: for english press one for spanish press 2? Anything to support both languages? Varilogix has not answered this question in over 3 days. Their support tickets are not very good I'm afraid. Again, Matt has great support here. If only Varilogix had something close, I wouldnt be asking this here. Thanx in advance.

Varilogix supports international calls. Long distance is not a problem as long as user includes his full phone number with area code. I tested and worked great. Thing I am now concerned with is multilanguage support in Varilogix. I have it in english but my website is english/spanish so not having english/spanish calls right now is my issue. I just opened a ticket with Varilogix to see if they support multilanguage in the WHMCS module. I'll let you know if interested in this. Just seems a bit weird to be viewing a website in spanish for example then getting a call in english, would totally confuse them. We'll see how that goes.

Chickendippers, I Think I know what it is. When you go to Products & Services > Module Settings tab, what automation settings do you have on the bottom? Do you have it to auto create? Which setting do you have on your hosting plans? I am interested to know which you have enabled. If you have varilogix with no problems, I think it has something to do with this setting.

I tested my varilogix fraud module. WOrks great for real orders. Calls them and all. Great! however, i tested a failed call by not entering the correct number and then again by simply hanging up. The order was not charged which is good, however, WHMCS still created the hosting account!! I went into admin and it has the account set as fraud but it created the new account in my WHM panel. Why does it do this? Shouldn't it auto create the account only after payment is received? Is there a setting I should change somewhere to prevent it from creating hosting accounts on Failed calls?

I prefer Live Agent from qualityunit http://www.qualityunit.com/liveagent/ It has most of what all the others have, except I dont like the monthly billing from the others. This one is a bit cheaper and does all the same. Not to mention that they have great support and integrations.

Integration almost done. however, I only have a Paypal account. How can I run test purchases to tryout the integration? I notice that google checkout has a sandbox feature but I dont have a google checkout account and dont have an ssl yet to run it. How else can I run test purchases? Thanx.

I will be offering different services. Under Configuration>General Settings in the Ordering Tab, we can choose : If ticked, clients must agree to your Terms of Service then we add our URL so Our clients must agree to these terms and conditions before purchasing. This is really cool however, I will offer different services that require different terms per category. Example: Domains Hosting Design All three of these require its own (different) terms and conditions. And having one extremely long terms page makes it virtually impossible for clients to read. Not to mention it doesn't look very good. How can we add a different Terms and conditions page for each group created? Is this possible? How do you guys deal with this issue?

I have been reading a lot about fraudulent orders. What exactly are fraudulent orders? Apparently as you can see I have not made my site available to the public yet since I'm still working on it but would like to prepare for this issue. How do fraudulent orders occur and how do we protect ourselves from them? Is having an oversensitive system bad for business? Just want to see how you guys deal with it since I'm not even sure what it is.

Just a heads up. If you include the text "banner" or "ad" in any image title, some browsers will not show that image since it will possibly see it as an ad. None of my affiliate images were showing on Internet Explorer and only sometimes in different versions of Firefox. I contacted Firefox and they told me to rename my images and directories. I renamed anything with the word banner and/or ad and it worked. Firefox says that is something new they are beginning to do to eliminate spam and annoying ads. Just thought you should all know not to name your files or directories with those words. See ya.

WHMCS is great for billing (not to mention Matt's best support than any other competitor). It is tempting to use it for ecommerce but if anything, I would say using an already build cart like zen cart or OSC is best. Then maybe you can create a loginshare or some type of integration with WHMCS so Matts affiliate module also works on your ecommerce site. Something so you can have the same affiliate system on your hosting accounts as well as your products. Just shooting ideas. Im sure Matt would not mind to accomodate that for a small fee (unless he's planning on adding that option as an addon for all of us on the next upgrade? wink wink).

well that should work. The way you had it setup also should had worked. Sounds like problems with your email. Have you tested your email account? Maybe logging into webmail and sending a test from there? Or setting up the account on Outlook and testing from there? Try sending to different addresses also, it might be a problem with your email account not receiving email for some reason. Dont know. Just shooting possibilities, but it sounds like problems with your email account.
