Hi, I've just installed suphp on a new server and migrated my whmcs installation there and I've run into a few issues. First, the status page (status.powermonster.net) doesn't show the serverload or the uptime for the server Los Angeles (it's where whmcs is hosted) nor the server Los Angeles 1 (which is another server in a different data center). And when I try to go to the php(info) for Los Angeles server, I get a 404 error and when I check the suphp logs it tells me [sun May 17 18:05:38 2009] [warn] UID of script "/var/www/html/status/index.php" is smaller than min_uid The script is running under webapps:webapps whose user id is 500. The minimum user id set in suphp is 100. Any ideas, help? I'm pulling out my hair and I don't have much to pull out! LOL I've been working on this thing for HOURS!!

You don't need php experience to wrap your template around whmcs. You leave the php alone. You DO need html and css experience, though!

Matt did say something about safe-mode having to be off, but it was on my server so that wasn't the problem. How are you testing so that I can make sure that I actually did fix it on mine.

I'm getting the same error and have sent it to Matt. I "think" the solution is you may have deleted the logo.jpg file from the images folder in preparation for the upgrade. I know I did this and forgot to replace it. It "seems" to be working, as I can't duplicate the error any more, but I'm not sure what I did to get the error in the first place. I know customers were telling me that it was happening. So try to see if you're missing the logo.jpg file in the images folder and let me know if that resolves your problem.

I'm having a problem since 3.6.2 with this very thing. I've ALWAYS had my prorate set for 1 and the bill next month on the 16th. But starting with 3.6.2, it is ONLY billing until the 1st of next month, no matter what, even on annual billing. It is NOT charging the additional. Anyone have a solution. I didn't change ANY of my settings except upgrade to 3.6.2. Thanks!

I had this problem with directadmin and I had to open the port for direct admin for two-way communication. I don't know what changed, (nothing on my end), but I had to change it on the server to get it to work.

Hey, all! I have two different servers, one with cpanel and one with da. My da is my reseller server and cpanel is my shared server. How do I get whmcs to send out the da welcome email for reseller pkgs and cpanel welcome email to shared pkgs. Currently, it will send out cpanel for both. I can't seem to find the option where I would change this. I've looked every where, and I know I must be missing something simple! Scott

I could be wrong, but I believe that directi has all the user accounts under the master account like neo used to do.

Send in a support request. Matt fixed this for me this morning. He said he had to reupload the files. I don't know if I downloaded a bad copy or what, but whatever he did fixed it.

I'm having problems with the new module too. It's giving me erros like can't get customerid etc. I've pushed all the domains in manage.netearthone.com. Do I have to change any settings in whmcs with the domain registrar area?

I wonder what the problem is. As I've now had to go in and manually add them to the db through phpmyadmin

I'm only adding 45 and I've never had any problems with php/mysql in any of my other apps. Right now, it's even worse. As I fix one, another gets screwed up. I've repaired and optimized my db just to make sure, but there are no errors and its integrity is still intact. It's just frustrating. I never had this problem with v3.5.

I was adding a ton of tlds for my new reseller and I mean over 50. It stopped taking them near the end saying that I needed to add a proper tld. After 3 or more attempts it would finally take it. Then, when I was updating the reseller api, it got rid of about a third of the tlds I had already entered. Then, it would zero out some of the domain prices. I'll have to go back and make sure it didn't just change some of the prices. Then, when I was adding stuff like privacy, mail forwarding, etc. Sometimes it would take, sometimes not, sometimes it would take a few and then erase others. Something seems to be funky with the db? Anyone else having trouble? I've checked with my host and they say the db is intact and working properly.
