  1. This is a small 'hack' which will add the statement "This supply is subject to the reverse charge." to the bottom of PDF invoices if the customer is in an EC state and there is no tax applied to the invoice (i.e. the tax is reverse charged). This is required for EC invoices and something that WHMCS doesn't do out of the box. Its not very elegant, but it does work. As we are UK Based, the United Kingdom is isn't in the country array, so if you are based in Germany, add UK and remove Germany. Customize as you will. Simply add this to the bottom of invoicepdf.tpl: function wordsExist(&$string, $words) { foreach($words as &$word) { if(stripos($string, $word) !== false) { return true; } } return false; } $reverse_charge = $clientsdetails["country"]; # Show reverse charge text if country matches array AND there is no tax rate if( wordsExist($reverse_charge, array('Austria','Belgium','Bulgaria','Croatia','Cyprus','Czech Republic','Denmark','Estonia','Finland','France','Germany','Greece','Hungary','Ireland','Italy','Latvia','Lithuania','Luxembourg','Malta','Netherlands','Poland','Portugal','Romania','Slovakia','Slovenia','Spain','Sweden')) && !$taxrate ) { $pdf->SetFont('freesans','',14); $pdf->Ln(10); $pdf->Cell(180,4," This supply is subject to the reverse charge.",'','','C'); } Hope this helps.
  2. If you are happy using LDAP instead of full AD integration, we have our staff login using their AD creds using this module: https://www.busyrack.com/ldap-authentication-for-whmcs-admin/ Works well.
  3. Yup, "/home/noc/public_html/" is our WHMCS root.
  4. Hi Guys, Has anyone used the Kayako V3 import script lately? Last Monday (06/05/2013) we switched over from Kayako V3 to the WHMCS built in system, and tried to run the import script which fails every time and throws errors such as: Step 3 - Data Import Importing Predefined Reply Categories Notice: Undefined variable: db_host in /home/noc/public_html/kayakoimport.php on line 0 Notice: Undefined variable: db_username in /home/noc/public_html/kayakoimport.php on line 0 Notice: Undefined variable: db_password in /home/noc/public_html/kayakoimport.php on line 0 Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'noc'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home/noc/public_html/kayakoimport.php on line 0 Notice: Undefined variable: db_name in /home/noc/public_html/kayakoimport.php on line 0 So, there are some incorrect variables for the DB connection string, or perhaps the configuration.php is not called into this file. I have contacted WHMCS support and I am less than impressed. We have been a client since 2008 and never had problems in the past, however since raising this ticket on 06/05/2013 (#YFI-541516) we have only had 1 reply asking for login details (09/05/2013), and nothing since. It has been a week now, clients are wondering where their tickets are, and no matter how many times I ask for an update, WHMCS seem to ignore it. Needless to say we are getting increasingly frustrated, and now I am resorting to a public forum in the hope that perhaps someone from WHMCS will respond to my ticket, or someone has a working import script? I look forward to any suggestions! Thanks.
  5. Hi There, Very interested in this, is it possible / is it on your roadmap to use vCenter to find which host the VM is on? We use DRS and vMotion so obviously at any one point a VM can change host. Is this a feature you would look into adding? Many Thanks.
  6. Have you setup rsync to get the graphs from your cacti machine to the /graphs/ folder? Is the custom field working correctly? Emerson I have only recently played around with your script and it worked perfectly! Many thanks.
  7. Hi Guys, I am looking for someone to help create a module for HSBC E-Payments, if anyone is interested or has any suggestions please let me know! On a similar note, would anyone else be interested in running the module? I am looking at dumping Worldpay, and the HSBC system seems to good to be true! Any input would be appreciated.
  8. I would happily pay for this... Very useful tool to provide free DNS to clients without having to give them a WHM account.
  9. We are having exactly the same issue and need to send out an email ASAP. Any ideas?
  10. WHMCS Admin -> Setup -> Payment Gateways -> Make Sure: Force One Time Payments Force Subscriptions is unticked
  11. Your missing the "Cache" field when adding servers on 1.1 Other than that very nice simple script! I am just running through customising it for our use.
  12. The simplest way I found was using forwarders with Exchange: support@domain.com - > support@cpaneldomain.com - > Email Piping. Simple and affective.
  13. Hi Matt, It is NOT ticked...it never was, has this changed in V4? From the docs, and as per my original setup a year ago: "If the package exists inside WHM, just enter the WHM Package Name. You may leave all the other individual settings blank. "
  14. Having an issue when using "Package Name" to create accounts. Packages with "Shell Access" ticked in WHM are created (via WHMCS) with no Shell Access. This was a bug in previous versions of WHMCS (mailing lists instead of SSH)
  15. Thanks for the hints Rob I have now managed to get Cacti integrated (live) but using a completely inefficient script which requires updating with every new customer (Similar script to my original on the Cacti thread). I gave up working hoping something would have come out of this module! Shame really. I guess its back to the drawing board for a custom solution. Next step would be to sort out APC Reboots, then rDNS entries, I guess we are all on our own here. :-(
  16. I really hope this is not the case...although its looking likely.
  17. We have almost finished customizing the v4 admin area, although integration wise we have only slapped our logo on the top, we have included items such as bandwidth graphs to the home area and also bought back the % progress bars for items like support tickets from the original theme, + lots of little tweaks! Will post a screenshot soon.
  18. Hi Guys, I am trying to get the "Open" network issues to show in the Client Area Home as almost like an announcement, however I don't think this is possible using smarty tags, a simple {debug} did not show any networkissues options. Any idea how this could be achieved? I would like to do the same with announcements as on the "Portal Home" page but we have the same problem.
  19. I did not see it in the list, but I am still hoping that some sort of "Tick to be notified" (email) option is available on the network issues page. Would appreciate it if someone could let me know!
  20. Can't wait! Will you have some sort of asset management? Server location, tag, label, cost, port numbers etc? Looking forward to this!
  21. ditto, I am currently using a small script with very limited functionality. If you can provide a full solution for us dedicated + colo providers I would be very much interested. Please get in touch!
