Hello Guys, I am using WHMCS from last 2 years, I also use the WHMCS Ticket system. Now the issue is that the database of WHMCS has increased in 2 years, so I am planning to do few things to reduce the size of WHMCS database like: Delete the old tickets of clients Delete the old pending orders of clients But one more thing I found that the E-Mail sent by WHMCS to clients are not deleted. I mean in a clients client area under the "E-Mails" section there are mails to clients sent during last year, so is there any option to delete them? I thought WHMCS deletes the 30 days old mails automatically. Please suggest me on this, also any more suggestions to reduce the WHMCS database will be appreciated.
