  1. I set up a new account for a client and was in the process of adding a domain to his account. Not wanting to wait for him to pay for it, I clicked on the paypal button in his invoice and payed the invoice with my credit card. However, WHMCS still says the invoice has not been paid, even though it is paid? Therefore the domain name is still pending.
  2. I am testing my site by transferring a domain, but when I checkout through paypal it appears that somehow there is a "shipping and handling charge" of $4.05 on a $7.95 transaction? What is going on? Is paypal adding on this charge?
  3. It might not be down...unless you are using IE 6. I can't seem to get it to work well at all with IE 6.
  4. Yah, I love rockettheme. They do excellent work in my opinion. Good suggestion on the whmcs images, I'll probably add that touch.
  5. http://artistichosting.com The painful thing is that when you change something in the Joomla menus (adding a link) or tab's they do not change in the whmcs pages, so you have to go back and edit the whmcs header and footer again. I'm not quite done, but it seems alright. Also, the page is a dynamic web-page and will change the theme depending what time of the day it is. Or you can change your computer clock and refresh the page. (Dawn, Day, Dusk, Night)
  6. So I am extremely familiar with Joomla and I am curious about your client log in. You must have two separate client accounts correct? 1 for the Joomla log in and 1 for WHMCS? You have done a very nice job of integrating the 2 different platforms together. It looks like you added separate html pages for the whm stuff. How did you incorporate them in the Joomla template? They don't appear to all be Joomla Style articles or modules. Did you use the wrapper function instead?
