I ask for you guys to help me if it possible or advise me if I do any mistake.
This is how it is happening. Being at Clients, I click Mass Mail Clients, then I choose the required criteria and switch to the next page where I actually see the "To" field with email addresses of the clients being hosted on the specific server. Then on the bottom of the page I click "Load Saved Message" list and choose the one that I prepared before. Let's say this is "Unscheduled maintenance" email that is supposed to be sent to the intended recepients. When I click "Load" the content of the "To" field immediately changes to "-<>" removing all the email addresses from there. Is it supposed to be normal for sending mail like that or there's a bug with it?
