  1. I think I'll change my name to jnet, you always get an answer. No mater how many questions you ask.
  2. Under the Prorata Billing section you can 1. Enter the day of the month you want to charge on 2. Enter the day of the month after which point the following month will also be charged for with the first payment. I want payments set up to be paid the first of each month and if they sign up any day after the 1st it would be prorated to the end of the month and thats what they would pay. Then be charged again the first of the month. 1st question: Should I put 1 in the first box and nothing in the second box? under promotions/coupons. I want plan A to be $5.00 per month with first month $1. I made the $1 promotion to be one time discount for one month. So they would sign up on may 19th pay $1 till june 19th then pay balance of june at regular price. 2nd question: Do I have this right and does 'first month $1' have to have its on plan? (plan A - $5, plan B - $1) Thanks

  5. I have WHMCS as part of my hosting. I followed the instalation guide, ran the new install script, setup database, and cron job. Instruction said to login to the admin area, which is: http://www.mysite.com/whmcs/admin and I get this:critical error, could not connect to database. I tried several times to go to admin and decided that I deleted the install folder too soon so I re-installed the folder and started over. ( both are still there, one in a folder and one out) That when I got the critical error page. I have a feeling my problem doesn't have anything to do with my setting up whmcs and is somewhere else. Anyone know what might be wrong?
