  1. Hi, We are a web hosting company and we have created an additional payment gateway which is better suited to market conditions in South Africa. The problem we now have is it seems that people who have already signed up with us are unable to make use of the new payment gateway option. What are the options here? It seems we need to delete the customer and all his/her info and domains etc and re-create, thereby selecting the new gateway... Surely there is an easier way? Thanx, Gary
  2. Hi all, We've been forced by our hosts to change our reseller password, however this has now cause us to not be able to get into our whmcs admin section, probably because we have changed our password and thats preventing whmcs from connecting to our server. So how on earth do we change the password if we can't access whmcs now? Tx, Gary http://www.unwabu.com
  3. Hi all, I'm in a situtation, which has been documented by others on thier forum but not resolved, that I have customers who need to log onto thier account to pay their monthly web hosting fees. I understand from posts by aushosts, SoftDux, that there are customized scripts that can be run to automate this process. My problem is I don't know where to start!! We currently use 2Checkout... which although works ok, is not ideal as our customers checkout in dollars, not South African Rands. I understand some ppl have been using Setcom and Paygate. Has anyone got these payment gateways to work with WHMCS? Best regards, Gary http://www.unwabu.com
  4. Hey Ronald - excuse the ignorance, but what is modrewrite and where do I find it?
  5. Hi Joe, So ina step by step procedure: 1.) I'd move whmcs folder (which resides behind whmcs_360/whmcs) 2.) Correct email pop cron and pipe commands (what are pipe commands?) and admin cron. 3.) Then correct system URL's. 4.) Finally reissue license. Thanx, Gary
  6. Hi all, We made the mistake of installing WHMCS behind a long set of directories. Eg. ours is currently http://www.unwabu.com/whmcs_v369/whmcs/ I'd like to shorten/customize that link to something like: http://www.unwabu.com/customerzone/ Whats the best way to do this? Thanx in advance. Gary Unwbau Webhosting http://www.unwabu.com
  7. Hi Rooch, Did u sort this issue? I have the same problem, being based in SA. Cheers, Gary Unwabu Webhosting http://www.unwabu.co.za
