  1. Hi all. I Need a help. The last times I accessed my payment gateways page I didn´t have problem. Today I tried to enter but i simple retur to the last page. I thought the problem was my browser, but I tried with chromium and mozilla in the linux and the Chrome and internet explorer in the windows and the problem persists. I see that the only page in the admin that doesn´t access and return to last page is the payment gateway page. All the other are correct. Any Tip? Thanks.

  4. Hi. I need to prevent cpanel password change by customers when they ask for password reset. I need that just the whmcs customer area password be changed but not the cpanel password because I have customers that rent the system and they shouldn´t have access to the files. I could not informing the user+password for cpanel, but every blocking in case of overdue invoice must be done manually. Is there another way? Thanks a lot. Mauro.

  7. Hi. I receive everyday the WHMCS report requiring the manual suspend for a customer that I already deleted and informing the service # that doesn't exis anymore. I don´t know if I had some problem in my database, but I would like to know how I can delete this from my database. If it informs in my report so it must exist in some place of my database, right?   9. Hello. Can I limit the payment methods depending of the period of payment or another rule? Ex: Monthly = only transfer. Anually = transfer and paypal. ecc. Thanks.
  10. For example: My client have a created invoice with the value of USD 5.00 but he paid USD 4.00. The difference of USD 1,00 can be inserted in the next invoice automatically? How can I insert this value in the next invoice without waiting the next invoice creation to edit it or without create a complementar invoice? Thanks a lot. Mauro.
  11. I hope I will have more than 1.000 customers, but each customer will receive a number generated in another program and included in his account manually just after payment. I don´t need the number generated automatically. I only need that this number appear near his name in the WHMCS customer area. Ex: Customer: xxxxxxxxxx - Promo # 0000000 Thanks a lot.
