Is there any way to 'forgot possword' link for email users of a hosting account. (for cpanel mail users) Everyday a user forgets his password but only the owner has the access to reach to cpanel for resetting password for a email user. And users cant ask this problem to their bosses (generally the owner of the account) There must be a logical way to reset their password in some way.

It sometimes doesnt create invoices. I think essepecially domain invoices. It send the domain renewal reminders correctly but there is no incoves for payment which it reminded. According to my settings: it creates 15days before due date, then14-7-3-2-1 days for domain reminder .. It succesfully sends domin reminders but there is no invoices created. Moreover when i try to "Generate due invoices" button. It says "0 invoices created" althoug there was a due domain.

How to change the defult settings of supprot ticket post reply settings? The default is: "Set to answered and r..." i want to make another one is the default ehich is: "Set to in progress and ..." Is it possible?

But every domain registrar has diffrent criteria, WHMCS should do one by one. I remember Matt solved the onlinenic phone number format in previous version. For example we enter phone number like 12345678 but Onlinenic needs +1.123456 and in version 3.6, Matt solved this problem, you enter whatever you want, it send to onlinenic as they wanted format like +cc.number (plus countrycode dot phonenumber)

But the problem is not whmcs databese, it is the problem of domain registrar's database. We are already unable to write nonlatin characters while registering domain. As i said this problem is about onlinenic, enom, etc.

At least the registering form should not to accept non-latin characters and force to users to use latin characters while registering the system. I mean force to use latin characters to users while writing their name/lastname/address/city, etc. fields in registering forum. So they are able to register for a new domaind by using whmcs.

Yes, the problem is not registering IDN. It is the problem in clients profile information which is using for registering for a new domain, such as name/lastname/address/city

Morover i dont want to my WHMCS System not to save the credit cards information of my clients, for the next bill. I want my costumers pay the bill manually again via credit card or bank transfer for each bill. But in WHMCS, if costumer pay the bill for once, then it saves the credit card information forver. It is too bad for me

After i installed new versiyon both in admin area and client area there is a new field in the name of "Payment Method" which is a drop down menu and it only has an option "Monthly" Whats the meaning and how can i cancel it? See the attached file for understand what i mean plz...

I dont want to WHMCS get the payment automatically by using Credit Card detais in the client. Moreover i dont want to WHMCS to save the credit card details of the clients. Just let them use their credit cards for once. To saving these Creditcard details are so risky for us. Is there any way not to save the Credit card details in WHMCS?

Is there anyone else having problem in registerin domain because the special characters which onlinenic (or other registrars) dont accept. Onlinenic also wants phone numbers in a spesific format (which normal people dont write their phone numbers like it )

Is it possible to modify the fields of CSV report files? For example can i add a "domainname" field to "clients.csv"?
