  1. I would agree. Android app is needed. I see a job offer for that.. http://www.odesk.com/jobs/WHMCS-with-Android-integration_~~35eefee12f430125?source=rss
  2. oh, sorry and thank you! I didn't know we had a wiki. duh. I am heading to Enom support now.
  3. under my domains, the one registered with Enom right now are getting error as in the title.. anyone has an idea what can I do to fix it ? thank you for help folks. - Ruben
  4. left menu is BACK indeed! I like it so much better. good decision Matt. thanks!
  5. Matt, ( and everyone else who is on this project ) First of all - thank you for your good work and your constant strive for an improvement. Here are some of my thoughts. 1) The new first page visually is a little bit confusing. It is hard to glance and get immediate idea of what is happening. I would keep the graphical bars on the side while keeping the navigation panel to the left. I find the "to do list" not very useful. Maybe the graphic bars could go there ? Just an idea.. 2) I would say an improvement would be to color code the left menu. That would be really nice! Some beige colors etc would fit great. ( I like the new font color schemes in M$ Word 2007, very good picks. Maybe something similar ? ) 3) I really like the top box "Quick Summary". Very clear and nice. Good idea. 4) Very good layout for client details. Again I would use a little bit more colors to group certain tables together. Not a lot to make it annoying, but just enough to make it “visually simpler” ( there is lots of data compacted into one page ) again, very good job. thanks again for this outstanding product.
  6. I am not necessarily liking paypal.. but thank you for the suggestion.
  7. My client asked me if I can keep the credit card on file and bill him automatically. I have only one processing account - Google Checkout.. I don't think there is a direct option for setting up a this kind of payments, but maybe there are some add-ons to do that automatically? Store the credit card data and then fills it in automatically on Google checkout page? Has anyone seen anything like that? Thanks for help!
  8. ok, thanks Saviola.. I will try to see if I can do it, and post the resoults here.
  9. abosultely fantastic piece of software and as dstemper said - the support here is terrific. For me you can have superior product but if the support is missing, I am going with someone else. Keep up the good work! I hope you guys are making some money!
  10. Just post the link to your whmcs folder and modify its template to look like your website ? This is how I am going to do it.
  11. I used to use a very nice template for my previous invoices. Since I switched to WHMCS it is much easier, since I dont have to do everything by hand Is there a way to include my graphic ( it is 8.5 x11 graphic )as a background in the outgoing PDF invoices ? Could anyone give me any tips on how to go about doing it ? thank you in advance.
  12. hey man, a quick question to you - why do you wnat to switch from enom ? I am in the point where I am seriosly considering them as my domain-reselling company.. if you can give me some insights on why should i not go with them /vs someone else.. I would appriciate that...
  13. also, this is a noob question - can someone give me an example of "fraud order" ? If the funds are secured in the bank before the domain is purchased, then I guess it won't matter ?? right.. ?
  14. hi joe123, thank you very much for your information. I checked enom directly ( skipping the middle guy ), but looks like enom charges fees for being a reseller, while my host would give it for free. ( and cheap yearly domains ) however, the issue of being able to refund the fraud orders makes a big selling point for me. I will look into that right now. thank you again, Ruben.
