  1. PS I have gone in and upgraded her to the next hosting account, just so I can get her site back up and there is no change. It still shows she has the overage of bandwidth both through the WHMCS and when I type in her domain name. What do I do with this? LOL
  2. As a service to my clients and as an additional stream of income I offer hosting. As a result I don't get much time to really delve into the WHMCS as it is not always my primary business focus. I have a hosting client who has exceeded her bandwidth. Can anyone give me a step by step as to how to remedy this? She is willing to pay for the additional bandwidth. But I am unsure how to make it happen for her. I see through reading some of the posts on the forum that there is not currently an automatic solution. That is fine, I just don't have a clue how to proceed. I have created a Product Addon for the additional bandwidth, have attached it to her hosting account, but am unclear as to what to do next - if this was even the way to go to begin with. HELP! I am a bit desperate here Thanks in advance!
