I couldn't find any BOM's in the code using vi. So I deleted the header.tpl, restored it and did the editing in vi instead of sharepoint designer and the goofy extra characters went away. Thanks, Jamie Jensen

I have modified 2 templates .tpl files and both times I made the change a strange bundle of text appeared at the top just inside the body tag.  I don't have and extra strange tags I added it is mainly just removing and reorganizing the existing stuff already there. Has anyone seen this before? If so, what do I do to fix it? Would I be able to script an upgrade using the API?

I want to have 3 hosting plans that are based on the number of email boxes a customer has. Soho (1-9 mailboxes), SmallBiz10 (10-24) and SmallBiz25 (25 & up). Each plan will have different pricing for the mailboxes. I'll be using a control panel that is not supported so the usage details will come in via a cron based import. What I would like to know is if WHMCS can somehow change the hosting plan according to the number of mailboxes when the import is performed? Or would this need to be done outside of WHMCS and then the import process would tell WHMCS to change the plan via the API? Thank you, Jamie Jensen

If I have a product that allows for 10GB of web storage space and the customer attempts to use 11GB can WHMCS simply bill for the additional space used? Thank you, Jamie Jensen
