  1. Is it possible to rename clientarea.php to something else and will renaming it mess things up?
  2. Well this might have changed but when I phone them about a year ago I was told that unless I'm providing email with an internet service then I charge PST if its just a web hosting account then you don't need to charge PST. It even says so on the link I posted in my previous post You could always just say Email is free with web hosting. So you charge your customer $0 +(PST) for the Email service and regular price with no PST for the web hosting.
  3. I'm using PSI Gate atm and it works with WHMCS well at least last time I used it which was about 6 months ago. Most of my customers have been paying by cheque, paypal or cash so I haven't used it since then.
  4. For those who also experience this same problem make sure all your payment gateways are activated. For some reason one of my payment methods was removed.
  5. Any ideas? I looked at the tblinvoices table and compared the new invoices to the ones that disappeared and all the info looked the same.
  6. Just like to chime in here and say that in BC and I think most of Canada (you'll have to check) you don't charge PST on web hosting unless you provide a physical product with the hosting or say web design. Also you don't have to charge GST unless you make 30K per year but might vary through the provinces. http://www.sbr.gov.bc.ca/industry_specific/telecommunications/faq.htm#1
  7. Just noticed that I can't see any of the Overdue/Unpaid invoices after upgrading from 3.1.1 > 3.4 >> 3.6 The side bar still shows the count but can't view them even when viewing a customers details.
  8. For my business I really just want to concentrate on webhosting and offer cheap domains as a perk for existing customers only. Would it be possible to eliminate the "I am a new customer and would like to create an account" option for domain registrations but have it available for web hosting signups. This way only current customers could access domain registration.
  9. This has been solved. Solution is to open ports 7934 and for dev/testing 7989 and possibly 7003
  10. I just tested the cards at PSIGate with a manual payment and they were accepted.
  11. Not sure if this is a WHMCS or PSIGate problem. When I try to process the CC payment I get this "The credit card details you entered were declined" When I check the logs I see this. Should there be more info in the logs or is it not there for a reason. I tried both a MC and VISA. I'm not at home atm so can't test out PSIGate for manually processing the CC at their CP. Action => Capture Client => ****** Transaction Time => Order ID => Approved => Return Code => Error Message => Tax Total => Ship Total => Sub Total => Full Total => Payment Type => Card Number => Expiry Month => Expiry Year => Reference Number => Card ID Result => AVS Result => Card Auth Number => Card Ref Number => Card Type => IP Result => IP Country => IP Region => IP City => Thanks Arek
  12. I dont understand. I'l have to try this later today but if I create a new account for my customer at Stargate and then move the domain from the current one which is required but WHMCS will they still be able to manage their domains admin/tech/dns/etc... info through WHMCS or only through Stargate?
  13. Not sure if I like the way its implemented or if it can be changed. Basically the way its set up you have to create a customer account under the main reseller account. Then all domains that are regsitered through WHMCS with Stargate are registred under that one customer. The whois info is of the customer who signed up through WHMCS but the domain can only be managed through WHMCS or customer under the Stargate reseller. Is there any way to set up the plugin so that it creates a customer for each domain? This way if a customer ever leaves and wants control of their domain name they can just go to the Stargate site and manage their own domain(s) For example with Enom you can tell the customer to go to http://access.enom.com With OpenSRS its manage.opensrs.org
  14. Well this is what I had to do. In DirectAdmin when you install a SSl cert you have the option to use a seperate private_html directory for secure files or to create a symlink. So I disablede the SSL cert and this gave me the option to choose the symlink from private_html to public_html. Now in WHMCS config I set the WHMCS System URL to http://www.iroxy.ca/clients and WHMCS SSL System URL to https://iroxy.ca/clients. Now it seems to work ok.
  15. I have https://iroxy.ca/clients/ I tried downloading a fresh whmcs install but still the same results. It works fine if installed under public_html but not when installed under private_html
