I’ve run into something strange while testing a custom client submission form within WHMCS. A few users submitted links to short video samples (edited using templates like this one: https://caapcutapk.com/ical-capcut-template-slow-motion/) and the preview fails to load properly in the admin view or gets stripped entirely from ticket replies.
Has anyone seen similar behavior when clients submit external video content? I’m wondering if it’s a MIME type issue, security filtering, or something about the embed formatting that WHMCS is flagging.
Would appreciate any suggestions or workarounds to make video previews or external links render more consistently across templates and ticket threads!
