I recently installed WHMCS on my server, but I’m facing a persistent issue where certain pages, like config-gateway.php, constantly time out. Every time I try to access these pages, I get a request timeout error.
Troubleshooting Steps I Have Taken:
1. Increased PHP Timeout Limit – Set to 600 seconds (128, 600 seconds).
2. Checked PHP Memory Limit – Increased to 128MB.
3. Verified System Requirements – Ensured that my server meets or exceeds all WHMCS requirements.
Despite these adjustments, I am still unable to configure payment gateways as the pages refuse to load. The timeouts happen consistently, making it impossible to proceed with setting up payment integrations.
Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be related to server-side restrictions, database queries timing out, or some hidden PHP configuration? Any guidance or recommendations would be highly appreciated.
