  1. Everytime i create an invoice the system creates a second zero dollar invoice also that i have to keep deleting.. it does it when it creates the monthly hosting invoices also.. just upgraded to latest version but it was doing it before too.. thought the update would fix it.. any ideas?
  2. I've gone through the instructions, I have the parent Id and the customer Id, along with my login email and password all configured in whmcs Clicked save..it saves successfully, no errors.. At directi reseller account, I have added a generic customer and added funds, then transfered those funds to that customer. I've read everything to the T and I must be missing something, because when I get orders, the domain name is still not purchased. And when I go to check on it in the registrars area of whmcs it's set back to 'email' instead of directi...Not even sure if that matters. Anyone have this problem? or what am I doing wrong?
  3. I've been dealing this for quite sometime and have issued a trouble ticket for it with both whmcs and my reseller host. Invoices are being generated for customers who have already paid their invoice. Example.. An invoice will be generated on the 10th, they pay it on the 11th, but they still get 2nd 3rd and final overdue invoice notices when the invoice was already paid a long time ago... Strange things: There's no record of those emails being sent in the email log. I don't receive a carbon copy of the invoice they are getting. Needless to say I've had to stop the cron job all together, and am waiting to see if that resolves the issue. However, WHMCS says that it has to be something with the hosting company, which I wouldn't put it past them seeing as how they are no help at all. If anyones had any issue please let me know what resolved it. It would help ALOT!!

  5. I currently resell with hostnine and they use Resellercentral. When I use the [serverip] merge field in emails, it comes up blank. I just upgraded to the new whmcs which i thought would fix the problem, but it wasn't. Is there a trick to this? I need my clients to know what their IP is because most of the time their domain name isn't propogated instantly.
