Can you tell me where I can find this in the admin area? I can't find the option

For me, the entire admin area is in English, I don't have a German language file at all, if I saw correctly. I also have no option to switch to German via global settings. The frontend is in German, but the admin area is not. Can you make the language file available for me to download? I have version 8.12.0 if I remember correctly
