Hello, In WHMCS platform, admins can manually initiate upgrades or downgrades, even for products not configured for automatic upgrades. You need to follow these steps - Go to the Products/Services tab in the client’s profile. Go to the service to upgrade. Click More > Upgrade/Downgrade Thanks!! -
