  1. Because I'm planning on selling multiple items (non-hosting) and prefer to use a shopping cart tailored for an e-store. For WHMCS I want to use the Billing/Support ticket features.
  2. Has anyone been able to do this? Integrated in a way so a customer need only log in once to access both applications.
  3. Are you able to integrate WHMCS into a template like this? Integrated to a point where the customer is logged into the WHMCS and joomla after one login. http://demo.templateplazza.com/ (5th one from the top...called estore Plazza)
  4. Hard to say at this point to be honest Probably no more than a dozen different categories, each category would have 2 - 5 different products to choose from. 20-40 different products all together, maybe. Showed my partner WHMCS...and he likes the fact support ticket/billing information is tightly integrated and easily visible on the customer-facing screens. I really don't see anything I would need to modify...but I do see things I would like to hide/remove simply because I'm not providing any Hosting services. JT
  5. Does anyone know of any e-commerce sites (not related to Hosting) using WHMCS?
  6. Can WHMCS be customized to remove any references (customer facing...don't care if I see it on the admin side) relating to a Hosting service? So far WHMCS has everything I'm looking for, except I plan on selling merchandise rather than Hosting services.
  7. Thank you for your reply! One more question.... Can WHMCS be customized to remove any references (customer facing...don't care if I see it on the admin side) relating to a Hosting service? So far WHMCS has everything I'm looking for, except I plan on selling merchandise rather than Hosting services.
  8. So far I like everything that I see!!!! If I wanted to open an online business selling PC parts and services, would this be the product for me? I'm specifically looking for an application where ticket/billing/shopping cart are tightly integrated. - Customers can open support tickets and receive support through them (nothing fancy) - Customers can also update billing info and check for past purchases. - Customers will have the ability to pay monthly for a specific service through the billing system For the shopping cart, I plan to sell 'non-hosting' related items. Will this be a problem? Is Golive compatible with your product? Thanks for any feedback!!!
