  1. Guys, Does anyone know if there is a key for using conditional statements in the email templates of WHMCS. The documentation is limited on describing exactly what is available.
  2. Guys, We would like to offer a special for customers for three months free for a certain product. I can't find a way to do this easily from within the promotion/coupon area. I could make a coupon for 8.3% of the annual rate but want I really want is to give them 3 months without even getting an invoice. Is this possible?

Guys, Simple question but please don't reply unless you have alot experience with one of them. 1 .Which one is a better product in terms of long life with good support and updates, also built well and mature? 2.   4. We use IpMonitor, it's really flexable, and can be used for monitoring and automating just about anything you can think up. It's really nice, used to be cheaper though before it was sold to solarwinds. Jon C.
  5. Hello, We just moved our WHMCS install, and now CC payments are getting declined. The gateway log shows the response as: "Transaction not processed yet." Anyone know exactly what that means? Will the charges process later? Is this some kind of delay because the first try was unsuccessfull? Thanks for any help! Jon C.
  6. What I mean is that we want to do the manual process, example the GEO IP, and call the number on file to see if a real person answers. After that WE SHOULD be able to mark "Approved", and the CC not charge till the order is "Approved". Matt, told me there's no way to prevent the CC charge unless I'm using one of the built in fraud protection modules. I'm just saying we as Admins, should have that same control, so we can manually verify an order BEFORE it's charged for. Any one else????? Thanks, Jon C.
  7. Hello, Anyone know of a way to get the order statistics for a period of time based on the plan type? If not does anyone know if that's been a requested feature yet? Also, I have asked Matt this and he said it's not possible right now, but what do you all think about requesting a "Manual" fraud scoring that could be done in house? IE, calling the customer, verifying GEO info, and score it good or bad based on what you find, then have the CC process if the score is good. Thanks, Jon C.
  8. There are several posts in here that mention manually verifying phone orders BEFORE their are charged for, in addition to using minfraud. How is this possible if the order passes with a good risk score, doesn't the order just get charged for after it's score is ok? If not how can we force all orders to be phone verified by OUR staff first? Thanks, Jon C.
